The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a highly respected Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in general anesthesia dentistry and comprehensive dental care in Miami, FL. We are seeking an experienced, patient-centered Anesthesiologist for PRN coverage to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric and special needs patients.
Schedule: PRN | Flexible Coverage | No Call | No Weekends or Holidays
What You’ll Do
Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients
Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care
Provide anesthesia coverage based on scheduled case volume and PRN needs
Care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day, based on scheduled cases
Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in an ASC environment
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure
Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire
National Board Certification strongly preferred
Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
Skills & Attributes

Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
Patient-centered approach focused on safety, comfort, and quality care
